Meditation isn't just sitting in silence. We can learn to speak and to listen from a space of meditation.

Speaking from mediation is in itself a form of listening. It’s listening to our deeper selves, to our souls, and allowing them to come to full expression.

Listening from meditation means letting go of judgment, detaching from ego, and simply allowing experience to flow through us freely.

In this workshop, we practice listening from a space that enables more than just words to flow freely. We disconnect from judgment and from our instinctual reactions. We learn to bring consciousness into our words, into our ears, and into our hearts.

The workshop begins with a guided meditation that puts us in touch with the meaning of meditation from a space of action. It then evolves through a series of paired exercises where we explore various forms of speaking and listening as meditation.
